The Tima Wall Art builds its shape from two elongated triangles joined into a tall diamond. Raised bands cross the pine surface vertically and horizontally, while carved openings create a repeated pattern through the center.
Designed by Diego Olivero Studio and handcrafted by artisans in Sabana Grande, Honduras, Tima combines angular planes with four rounded forms that extend beyond its edges. The dark wood grain remains visible throughout, softening the precision of its geometry with natural variation.
Diamond Silhouette: Pointed upper and lower sections give Tima its elongated geometric profile.
Raised Framework: Vertical and horizontal bands divide the surface into four distinct planes.
Carved Pattern: Repeated openings follow the raised framework and add detail across the dark pine.
Rounded Forms: Four wooden spheres extend beyond the diamond, creating contrast against its angular shape.
Honduran Artisan Work: Each piece is handcrafted by artisans in Sabana Grande, Honduras.
Natural Pine: Visible grain and tonal variation remain part of the finished surface.
Dimensional Construction: Layered wooden elements give the artwork a depth of two inches.
Individual Character: Differences in grain, tone, and handcrafted form distinguish one piece from the next.
On a Narrow Wall: The elongated proportions work well between windows, beside a doorway, or above a small table.
Within a Gallery Wall: Its projecting forms introduce depth among framed artwork and flatter pieces.
Above a Console: Display Tima where light can bring out the relief of its raised and carved elements.
As Part of a Series: Pair it with other geometric wood pieces from the collection for a larger wall composition.
