Shipping policy

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, some items may ship in multiple packages. If your order includes products from different fulfillment partners, artisan studios, or warehouses, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment once items are dispatched.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple distribution centers and artisan partners across the United States. Some handmade, specialty, or made-to-order pieces may also ship directly from an artisan’s studio or workshop.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, supplier, destination, weight, and order value.

Because some items are fulfilled by different partners, shipping charges may vary depending on the products in your cart.

Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on order value or product eligibility.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Most in-stock items arrive within 6–7 business days total after the order is placed.

Handcrafted, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional processing or production time before shipment.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or supplier handling times.

White Glove Delivery

For select furniture and oversized items, white glove delivery service may be available.

This premium service can include:

  • In-room delivery

  • Unpacking and placement of the item

  • Removal of packaging materials

White glove delivery timelines and shipping charges vary depending on the item, supplier, and destination. If white glove delivery applies to your order, details will be communicated before fulfillment.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Most small and mid-sized orders shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS do not require a signature upon delivery.

For large furniture, freight shipments, or white glove deliveries, an adult may need to be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance when required.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Some smaller items may ship to PO Boxes. Oversized items, freight shipments, and certain furniture pieces cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

If your order includes an item that cannot ship to a PO Box, we’ll contact you before processing to confirm an alternate delivery address.

We currently ship within the United States.
