The Ceranchia Dense Wild Silk Table Runner is assembled from individual cocoons produced by a silk moth native to Madagascar. Each cocoon is opened, flattened, and stitched to the next, forming a richly textured textile without spinning the fibers into conventional silk thread. Its warm golden color is entirely natural and undyed.

Ceranchia Dense Silk: The Ceranchia moth produces a double cocoon. This runner uses the dense inner layer, which is more opaque and substantial than the translucent outer layer.
